Marketing Associate

We are seeking a growth-oriented candidate to join our team as a Marketing Associate. As a Marketing Associate, you will help bring our products to market, strengthen how we communicate their value, and develop targeted marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

This role will primarily focus on product marketing and account-based marketing, with additional responsibility for sales campaigns and marketing events. As a Marketing Associate, you will develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, competitors, and market opportunities and translate those insights into measurable sales revenue.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and strategic marketer who can connect customer needs, and market opportunities to effectively implement sales campaigns.

Marketing Associate Key Responsibilities

• Product marketing
• Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and key differentiators across assigned products and solutions.
• Translate product features and capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits and outcomes.
• Engage customers
• Drive sales
• New account enrollment
• Develop and support sales strategies and product launches, including target audiences, customer acquisition and retail events
• Utilize follow up techniques to ensure customer success
• Work hands-on with customer acquisition campaigns
• Create account and segment-specific strategies designed to drive engagement and increase sales
• Support campaign execution
• Acquire new customers
• Product collateral

Marketing Associate Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required, we are seeking a candidate who is excited to learn and grow within our marketing framework
• Great communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex product information into compelling customer-focused messaging.
• Experience developing and executing sales & marketing campaigns is a plus
• Understanding of the customer journey
• Teamwork skills
• Strong time management skills
• Able to work in Montgomery, AL
