Job Description Job Description Production Associate — $19.50/hr. + Overtime (Federal Facility) 3rd shift Schedule: 9:30pm-6am Sunday-Thursday Pay: $19.50/hr. base, with regular overtime opportunities to boost weekly earnings. Type: Full-Time *Must be able to pass lifetime background check No Feloniesand a drug screen including THC* About the role: Join the production team at a secure federal manufacturing facility. You'll help keep operations running by loading and unloading production equipment, monitoring machinery, and supporting a safe, efficient workflow. It's steady, full-time work with real stability and room to grow. What you'll do Load and unload production equipment safely and efficiently Operate and monitor machinery Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Follow all safety and quality standards Work with your team to hit production goals Flag equipment issues or safety concerns to your supervisor What we're looking for Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience a plus (we'll train the right person) Comfortable with 12-hour shifts, including some weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced setting What you'll get $18/hr plus consistent overtime Health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan Stable, year-round work at a federal facility Real opportunities to advance Please note (federal facility requirements) This position is at a government facility and requires passing a comprehensive background check and a pre-employment drug screen (including THC).
