Position : Brake Press Operator
Shift: Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday
Shift Time: 5:00am - 3:30pm for both options
Pay Rate: $20
Location: Glenshaw, PA
Required Skills
- Proven experience reading technical drawings and selecting appropriate tooling
- Ability to produce parts within tight tolerances for assembly
- Experience operating brake presses, CNC machines, or other heavy machinery
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to use both hands to control equipment and handle materials
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Competency in basic computer navigation and data entry
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours daily and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Nice to Have Skills
- Programming experience with CNC or hydraulic brake presses
- Experience performing spot inspections and quality checks
- Familiarity with adjusting equipment to optimize production flow
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in manufacturing or metal forming role
- Ability to work one of two shifts: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday, from 5am to 3:30pm
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and quality
- Willingness to adapt to production needs and participate in ongoing training
