Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care
  • Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
  • Monitor patient health and vital signs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Document patient care and progress accurately
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in Maryland
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
  • CPR certification
