The Fountain Group is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician I to diagnose, repair, program, upgrade, and test two-way radio communication equipment in Lanham, MD. This onsite role focuses on RF/electronics troubleshooting, equipment testing, and precise documentation of repairs and test results. Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in related technical work, and familiarity with RF concepts, DVMs, service monitors, and watt meters.
