Service Coordinator

Position overview
This entry-level role coordinates customer requests, schedules, and service delivery in a fast-moving onsite environment.

Work environment: This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

· Receive and organize service requests

· Communicate directly with customers and service teams

· Coordinate timing, status updates, and follow-up

· Help resolve routine service issues

Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
