Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
• Current PTA license (Maryland)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA (home health experience preferred)
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to patient homes
• Excellent time management, clinical documentation, and effective communication skills
• Professional certification and adherence to state regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health physical therapy services to patients in their homes under indirect supervision
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized rehab care plans in collaboration with supervising therapists
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and home exercise programs in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety
• Manage daily travel to multiple patient locations within the Easton service area and maintain efficient caseload scheduling
• Maintain professional standards, follow infection control practices, and comply with all regulatory and payer requirements
