Job Details Join our team as a Senior Accountant. This role involves analyzing complex financial records and reports, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will play a key role in budget planning and financial forecasting. Responsibilities Prepare GL account reconciliations. Prepare journal entries and cash movements. Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenue. Manage month‑end and year‑end closing. Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department. Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records. Analyze financial data to support decision‑making and performance management. Ensure compliance with the law. Communicate financial information to managers and professionals in other departments. Work closely with the accounting team to improve financial processes and systems. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (CMA, CPA) preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional knowledge of Excel. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
