Location : Manchester, PA 17345
Pay : $21–$24/hr + Shift Premium + OT
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Hire Type : Direct Hire
A growing plastics manufacturing company is hiring a Blow Mold Technician for their 2nd shift team in Manchester, PA. This is a hands-on role focused on machine setup, troubleshooting, changeovers, and keeping production running efficiently. Overtime is available and the company offers strong benefits and long-term stability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and operate extrusion or injection blow molding machines
- Perform mold and material changeovers
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production output
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues during production runs
- Perform basic quality checks and complete production paperwork
- Support minor maintenance and keep equipment running efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe production environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on blow molding or injection molding experience
- Experience with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform changeovers independently
- Plastics manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
