Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations. Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses. Act as a leader in optical acumen. Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs. Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions. Use technology accurately despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tool use. Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think, ensure customers are satisfied, exceed expectations, and drive solutions. Multitask, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities. Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies. Take pride in store appearance, keeping store clean, attractive, and organized. Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices. Be resourceful and self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management. Basic Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. State licensure. Optical dispensing experience. Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder. Knowledge of current store merchandise. Strong basic math skills. Awareness of current fashion trends. Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad or tablet. Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators. Embrace new technology and change.
