This crucial role will influence infrastructure investment decisions and guide clients through intricate commercial challenges. As an Executive Advisor, you will work closely with senior executives and client leadership teams, offering board-level advisory services, supporting client growth, and directing strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Data Collection and Analysis: Make significant recommendations impacting long-term business performance. Workshop Facilitation: Lead complex workshops with subject matter experts, ensuring agreement on process flows and delivering clear process maps. Client Issue Clarification: Develop frameworks for strategic interviews to gather insights from senior managers. Client Issue Diagnosis: Analyze strategic information to identify complex issues and design effective solutions. Community of Practice Management: Lead a team in consulting practices to foster innovation and thought leadership. Project Content Development: Create high-visibility materials like presentations and reports addressing client needs. Project Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for top management, ensuring exceptional delivery quality. Program Design: Craft transformational project architectures that align with client requirements. Capability Building: Stay updated on industry best practices and maintain accreditations in relevant fields. Project Management: Oversee significant components of project programs and be accountable for critical projects. Business Advice: Align organizational objectives with strategic client advisory services. Client Management: Nurture strategic client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. What you'll bring to the team: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus. Over 13 years of experience in infrastructure, energy, or commercial advisory. Proven experience advising executive leadership on strategic decisions. Deep understanding of infrastructure markets and regulatory frameworks. Outstanding analytical, engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.
