Adecco Staffing is partnering with our client in Grantsburg, WI to recruit a Planner for a contract opportunity on 1st Shift . Position Details

• Job Title: Planner

• Location: Grantsburg, WI

• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday

• Core Hours: Typically 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Hours: Flexible scheduling available

• Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

• Work Environment: 100% Onsite while on contract

• Reports To: Material Planning Manager

Position Summary

The Planner will assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of materials throughout the production cycle. This role works closely with materials planning, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure materials are available and production schedules are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, records, and reports related to material tracking and production resources.

• Monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle.

• Execute system transactions supporting the receipt, storage, and transfer of materials.

• Assist with inventory monitoring and reporting.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Partner with internal teams to support efficient production operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inventory control, production control, planning, or related experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Management, or a related field preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize business systems.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Note: If converted to a permanent employee, the Planner may be eligible to work remotely one day per week after completing training and demonstrating proficiency in the role.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
