Postal Clerk

Join our team as a Postal Clerk, where you will support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, manage simple records and enter information accurately, and learn company products and services to better assist others. Additional duties include provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, as well as handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, coordinate with other departments when needed. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
