Working from the comfort of your own home, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists to enhance patient care and drive innovation in respiratory medicine.Responsibilities:- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants- Manage and support patients on Advanced BiPAP ST, AVAPS, IVAPS, ASV- Assist CPAP patients with specialized needs- Recommend adjustments to PAP settings and create orders in electronic medical records- Educate and coach patients on CPAP devices and care- Identify and address barriers to compliance for advanced PAP machine patients- Collaborate with providers and escalate any concerns as needed- Coordinate and order CPAP supplies for advanced PAP machines- Maintain accurate patient records and stay current on respiratory therapy practices
