Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Practice Team Lead will balance direct patient care with clinical oversight. This role is essential in overseeing the efficient use of staffing resources within the Mission Health System. You will collaborate with CarePartners Internal Staffing nursing and therapy staff and work alongside Mission System leaders to deliver competent and safe staffing. Your responsibilities will include evaluating staffing needs, making necessary adjustments, recruiting temporary staff, and providing administrative support for daily operations. What qualifications do you need? Required Education: Associate's Degree Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Required License: Registered Nurse Preferred Experience: Prior experience as a staffing coordinator or working with a staffing agency.
