You will guide customers through their early buying cycle, answer questions about our inventory, and ensure they are connected with the right team members. • Digital & Phone Engagement: Respond promptly to all incoming internet inquiries, emails, phone calls, and online live chats.

• Relationship Building: Provide continuous, helpful follow-up with customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey to build trust.

• Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments for clients and accurately route them to the appropriate sales staff.

• Data Management: Utilize our dealership database to log all customer interactions, track appointments, and update detailed communication notes.

• Inventory Knowledge: Stay up to date on current inventory, dealership specials, and promotions to convey accurate info to guests.

• Top-Notch Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for online chat and email etiquette.

• Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly master CRM/dealership databases and handle multiple digital tools.

• Highly Organized: Strong time-management skills to maintain accurate daily logs of appointments and coordinate seamlessly with management.
