Job Description: As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. By achieving sales targets and providing personalized solutions for eyewear and apparel, you will help customers enhance their performance through your expertise and passion. Main responsibilities include: stimulating sales and building relationships, becoming an expert in vision, learning and developing, collaborating and contributing, creating a welcoming store atmosphere, and fostering inclusion and respect.

What We Are Looking For: Passion for customer service, sales acumen, technology proficiency, fashion sense, personal motivation, and adaptability.

Pay Range: $16.90 - $20.68. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
