Travel RN - ICUAmerican Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift Med-Surg ICU position requiring compact or OK RN licensure and CRRT skills preferred.Med-Surg ICU setting within a hospital12-hour night shifts, 3x12, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM1:2 patient ratioFloating required to other units, including other facility campuses, within a 75-mile radiusNo block scheduling requests acceptedActive RN license (OK or Compact) requiredBLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications requiredMinimum 2 years of ICU experience requiredMinimum 1.5 years of charge nurse experience requiredPrior travel nursing experience requiredAny charting system experience acceptedSkilled in CRRT preferredProficient in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, arterial and central line management, ventilator management, and multisystem organ dysfunction careExperience with IV therapy, blood product administration, PICC line management, and continuous IV drip titration requiredSkilled in respiratory care including BiPAP/CPAP, ABG interpretation, and suctioningCurrent DL or state-issued ID and a utility bill matching the traveler's name and address, dated within 3 months of start, required for considerationTwo supervisory references required for considerationProvide critical care nursing to medical ICU patients with complex, multisystem conditionsPerform advanced procedures such as IABP monitoring, CVP monitoring, sheath removal, and CVVHD/CRRT management as neededSupport renal, cardiovascular, endocrine, and neurological patient needs including stroke management and hypothermia protocolsMaximum of 5 days RTO allowed per 13-week assignment; no holiday RTO permittedCandidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligibleFormer INTEGRIS employees must have at least 1 year of separation before being eligible for travel assignmentsFirst-time travelers are not specified as eligible; prior travel experience is requiredEmployment gaps of 3 months or more must be explained in work history
