What You'll Do As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a key role in building and assembling heavy-duty electric trucks while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Perform tear down and assembly of heavy-duty electric trucks using detailed work instructions and engineering drawings. Use hand and power tools to install components and complete assembly tasks. Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects or workmanship issues. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. What We're Looking For Preferred Experience: Automotive assembly Electrical assembly Heavy equipment or truck assembly Farm equipment maintenance or assembly Manufacturing or mechanical production environments Required Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Schedule Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Days: Monday - Saturday Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
