Family Medicine Physician

Immediate need for a family medicine physician to provide comprehensive medical care to patients at one of our practice sites in Southern Oregon. This is an ambulatory care practice including both children and adults and does not include any inpatient or obstetrical responsibilities. Sign on / relocation on the table for discussion up to 110K loan repayment We have structures in place that supports cooperative teamwork for both illness related and preventive care: workflows, decision support and a controlled substances policy. Our administrative structure is likewise built around teams and budgets and is prepared at the team level by members of the team who are led by a site director and clinical director.
