Mobile Service Technician

Sanderson Lincoln is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will provide exceptional mobile maintenance and repair services to our customers, ensuring their equipment operates efficiently and reliably. This position requires a hands-on approach, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Travel as needed within the Phoenix, AZ area to meet service requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mobile service technician or in a related mechanical or electrical repair role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to perform physical work and work in various environments.
