You'll help schedule appointments, support daily office operations, and work alongside experienced dispatchers and managers to ensure customers receive exceptional service.Responsibilities include:Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesySchedule service, maintenance, and installation appointmentsConfirm appointments and communicate schedule updates with customersAssist with coordinating technician schedules throughout the dayMaintain accurate customer records and service informationSupport maintenance agreement scheduling and customer follow-upLearn dispatching procedures, HVAC terminology, and scheduling best practicesAssist with general office and administrative responsibilitiesWork closely with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experienceProvide outstanding customer service on every interactionQualificationsCustomer service, receptionist, administrative assistant, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced office environmentBasic computer skills and willingness to learn new softwarePositive attitude with a willingness to learnDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused during busy periodsHVAC or home service industry experience is a plus, but not requiredCompensation and Benefits$15.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience and qualificationsHealth insurancePaid vacation and holidays401(k) with up to a 4% company matchPaid training and professional developmentClear advancement opportunities into Service Dispatcher and other office positionsStable, year-round employmentSupportive leadership and collaborative team cultureIf you're looking for an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that values customer service, teamwork, and professional growth, Terry's Heating and Air Conditioning is ready to invest in your future.
