Fertility Sonographer - Colchester, VT (New graduates are accepted)

Location: Colchester, VT
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule

• One weekend on-call shift per month

• Approximately 4-8 hours total across Saturday and Sunday (2-4 hours/day) .

• The regular weekly schedule will be adjusted to accommodate the weekend on-call hours.

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Fertility Sonographer to join a growing reproductive health practice. The Sonographer will perform OB/GYN and infertility ultrasound procedures, evaluate pelvic anatomy, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN, infertility, gynecologic, and first-trimester OB ultrasounds.

• Obtain accurate measurements and high-quality images.

• Analyze sonograms and communicate findings to providers.

• Assist with ultrasound procedures in the operating room as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation and upload images to the EMR.

• Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout exams.

• Manage ultrasound scheduling and help improve workflow and processes.

• Maintain ultrasound equipment and assist with equipment evaluations.

• Participate in continuing education and staff training as needed.

Qualifications

• RDMS certification in OB/GYN required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

• Experience with process improvement preferred.

• 2+ years of OB/GYN or fertility experience preferred , but new graduates and strong candidates with relevant experience are welcome.

• Must be comfortable working with women's health, infertility, and reproductive health patients.
