General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production operations supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to operational standards and supervisor instructions.

• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.

• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

• Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.

• Willingness to adhere to company rules and procedures.
