Line Cook

Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen Ballantyne is looking for skilled Line Cooks to join our team. We’re known for simple, ingredient-driven cooking with wood-fired meats, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and house-made breads. Our kitchen combines the relaxed feel of upscale casual dining with the standards and attention to detail of fine dining. In this role you will be part of building a high-performing kitchen focused on consistency, teamwork, and professional growth. You will execute dishes with accuracy and attention to detail, maintain clean and organized stations, and work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to establish standards and deliver food that reflects the quality and care of Noble Food & Pursuits.
