Total Gross Pay: $1750/Week

• Total Taxable Pay: $540
• Total Non-taxable Pay: $1210

Compensation: Overtime applicable after 40 hours/week

As an LPN, You Will:

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering quality nursing care that leads to positive patient outcomes and satisfaction for both patients and their families. Working within the State Nurse Practice Act, the LPN:

• Assists in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provides hands-on patient care with compassion and precision.
• Oversees the care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring excellence at every step.

Educational and Vocational Requirements:

LPN license in good standing

BLS

Provide verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company policy (administered onsite if needed).

Adhere to legal requirements, standards, and policies, including compliance with the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act, and HIPAA.

Report concerns or suspected non-compliance promptly to the supervisor, Compliance Liaison, or Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline.

Participate in quality assurance and process improvement activities as requested.
