Future BCBA Pathway

Many of our clinical leaders started as RBTs. AACT provides mentorship, supervised fieldwork opportunities, and career development support for employees pursuing BCBA certification.

What You'll Do

● Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and clinic settings

● Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

● Collect and record session data

● Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

● Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team

● Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training

Qualifications Required

● RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification with company support

● High School Diploma or GED

● Ability to successfully pass all required background screenings

● Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

● Ability to work with children and families in a variety of settings

Preferred

● Experience working with children

● Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
