EHS Specialist

We're seeking an EHS Specialist to help drive a strong safety culture in our manufacturing facility. This hands-on role works closely with employees, supervisors, and leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a strong presence on the production floor Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with PPE, LOTO, contractor safety, and environmental requirements Investigate incidents and support corrective actions Deliver safety training and employee engagement initiatives Support waste management, emergency response, and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. AS or BS degree preferred. 3+ years of overall manufacturing or industrial experience if no degree Degree related to EHS is preferred Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Must be flexible throughout the year for paid overtime on projects/training Join our team and make a direct impact on employee safety and operational excellence! #JDP The Judge Group
