Impact and Responsibilities

As the lead internal subject matter expert, you will bridge the gap between technology and human connection. You will oversee the digital experience ecosystem, ensuring our platforms are secure, accessible, and high-performing.

Key areas of focus:

Digital Experience Leadership: Act as the primary owner of website strategy, landing pages, and conversion paths. You will identify opportunities to improve engagement for foster parents, donors, and job seekers.

Website Strategy and Optimization: Lead SEO initiatives, monitor analytics, and collaborate with content creators to ensure our digital presence is functional and aligned with brand standards.

CRM and Platform Integration: Support the optimization of CRM systems and marketing automation tools, improving lead management and audience segmentation.

Governance and Collaboration: Facilitate the Website and Digital Governance Committee. You will partner with IT, Legal, and external vendors to maintain compliance with HIPAA and ADA standards.

Analytics and Reporting: Develop data-driven dashboards to analyze user behavior and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Location:

St Louis or Kansas City Area

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.

In-depth knowledge of SEO, UX, accessibility, and conversion optimization.

Familiarity with HIPAA, ADA standards, and digital governance within a healthcare or nonprofit environment.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

At least 21 years old.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Three to five years of experience managing websites, digital marketing platforms, or CRM systems.

Proven track record with website content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
