This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth.Apply today at threebirdsonemission.com/careers!About the RoleAs a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:Providing individualized therapyCollecting data on programmingImplementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBACollaborating daily with physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Hourly Rate: $20-23/hourPaid Time Off and Paid Sick LeaveGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 3-6:30pm and Friday, 3-5:30pmLocation: 1409 W.
