Our client a large full-service landscape provider offering design, construction and maintenance programs to residential, commercial, and government clients throughout Chicago. Job Description Seeking a talented person as a Landscape Estimator . This person will be responsible for a variety of duties focusing around bidding and proposal generation for Landscape Construction Projects. Areas of focus will include: document review specification reading plan take-offs estimating purchasing subcontractor relations composing emails and correspondence field site visits spreadsheet and database work review and corrections Qualifications Associate Degree 5+ yrs of experience as Landscape Estimator 3+ Bidding, RFP, RFI and proposal writing Estimating software, MS Excel Customer centered and focused; Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills A go-getter and will do what it takes to get the job done right the first time Team player Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
