Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to contribute to our industrial manufacturing operations. Available Shifts Shift 1: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Shift 2: Thursday through Sunday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Core Responsibilities Ensure industrial equipment runs safely and at peak efficiency. Execute tasks based on provided production guidelines, technical drawings, and specifications. Configure and manage machinery in alignment with standard operational protocols. Oversee equipment performance during cycles to proactively identify and ?> potential malfunctions. Verify that completed items adhere to strict quality standards and production benchmarks. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety protocols and keeping the workspace tidy. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the team hits daily production targets. Support general production tasks and machine-related functions as necessary. Qualifications Prior background in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Demonstrated history of success in a Machine Operator role. Capacity to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications. Comfortable performing tasks in a dynamic, hands-on production facility. Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, and kneel throughout your shift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following precise instructions. Dependable attendance record and a dedicated work ethic. Ability to contribute to team goals while managing individual tasks effectively.
