We are seeking a Maintenance Associate to support our client's team.Location: Castro Valley, CAPosition Type: Part-timePay Rate: $20.00-22.00 / hourSchedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pmJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Chetwood Crest MHP in Castro Valley! In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our community clean, safe, and visually appealing for all of our residents.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Mow, edge, and trim grass areas; weed garden beds; rake leaves and blow clear walkways, driveways, and common areas.Keep streets, common grounds, and trash enclosure areas clean and clear of debris or litter.Perform light touch-up painting (e.g., clubhouse exterior/interior, fences, curbs), minor repairs, and general handyman tasks as needed.Assist with basic setup/cleanup for community clubhouse events or resident activities.Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, weed trimmers, leaf blowers) and hand tools. Report any larger maintenance hazards or safety concerns to the Manager.Requirements:Basic groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance experience preferred.Comfortable operating basic landscape machinery and performing simple physical repairs/painting.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 45lbs, and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods.Punctual, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting respectfully with residents.Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
