Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Hours Experience: 2 Years License: Valid State License needed Certifications: ARRT, Fluoroscopy Permit, BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-timers are accepted. No weekend requirement. Call may be required.

Description: The Cath Lab Tech will work with patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures. Daily caseload ranges from 8 to 12. Common types of procedures include coronary artery disease interventions and peripheral vascular disease interventions. Responsibilities include monitoring hemodynamics and assisting in various cardiac and peripheral procedures. Candidates must be skilled in maintaining sterile fields and ensuring equipment functionality. An understanding of diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventions is necessary. The facility supports a focus on patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
