• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts; Neonatal or Critical Care Certification preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in neonatal or critical care settings

What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality, family-centered neonatal care in a busy NICU environment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer treatments, and document clinical findings
• Participate in on-call rotations, including overnight and weekend shifts
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
• Engage with families to educate and support them during critical times
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Neonatal or Critical Care Nurse Practitioner certification
• At least 2 years of relevant NICU or ICU experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III or IV NICU
• BLS/NRP certification
• Previous experience in a fast-paced critical care environment
