Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care seeking a travel temporary assignment in Hampton, NH. Start date 08/03/2026 for 5 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,022-$1,066 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is five 8-hour days (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). The assignment is in a long-term care/assisted living setting with local candidates only and every-other-weekend coverage.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents per individualized care plans
- Monitor vital signs, intake/output, weight, and overall health status; document findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments following current policies and protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team; report changes and escalate concerns promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining safety and dignity
- Maintain accurate charting and complete incident or change-of-condition reports as required

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or a closely related setting preferred
- Ability to work a day shift schedule with every-other-weekend coverage
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
