Lead Product Owner - Wealth Management or Wealth Advisory Platform

Job Description

WIM's Investment Solutions Team is looking for Lead Product Owner's to support Advisory Platform build out

MUST have Wealth Management or Wealth Advisory Platform experience
Provide end to end product management ownership across the Advisory platform, with each role accountable for a large scrum team and delivery outcomes within their scope
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and advisor experience outcomes
Lead release planning, dependency management, and open issue governance to ensure consistent and coordinated execution across teams
Engage directly with business owners, technology leads, and operations partners to drive decision making and maintain delivery momentum without escalation
Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear requirements, defined scope, and alignment to strategic objectives
Lead resolution of complex product and delivery challenges, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and risk considerations
Advance the platform roadmap by incorporating AI enabled capabilities to enhance personalization, decision support, and workflow efficiency
Operate as de facto stream leads within a flatter organizational model, absorbing coordination responsibilities previously held at the management layer
Collaborate with stakeholders, scrum masters, and delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment to delivery objectives
Ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements across all product management activities
