Teller

Central Bank is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Teller. The Teller works in a fast‑paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. The candidate should provide a professional image and be the face and voice of our company. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a relationship business; get to know customers and genuinely care about their financial well‑being by providing solutions to meet their needs. Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via lobby, drive‑thru, night‑drop, mail, or ATM. Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable. Actively listen to customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations. Recognize customer needs and cross‑sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non‑traditional products and services. Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred. Basic math skills, PC and typing skills, and the ability to count U.S. currency. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner. Look for cross‑sell opportunities in a customer‑centric manner. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
