Brewery Support Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a Brewery Support Assistant to help with brewhouse cleaning, facility upkeep, and daily brewery support. This is a hands-on, entry-level position working alongside our brewing team with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and assisting with day-to-day brewery operations. The role also includes light building and grounds maintenance, local deliveries, and assisting at beer festivals and community events.
This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping the brewery clean, organized, and running efficiently while helping us produce quality beer.
This is a part-time position with the potential for additional hours, especially during our busiest seasons. Typical days are Tuesday/Wednesdays/Saturday from 10-6pm
Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kegs
• Deep clean the brewhouse and brewery equipment
• Assist brewers with daily production and operational tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized brewery and work environment

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform light indoor and outdoor maintenance, including weeding, yard cleanup, and general facility upkeep
• Assist with local beer deliveries and brewery errands
• Help pour and sell beer at local festivals and promotional events
• Occasionally assist behind the bar as business needs require

Qualifications

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving kegs and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Brewery, janitorial, manufacturing, warehouse, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check
