Job Description Location: **** Bay Area (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) About The Role The Consultant role on Sia's Marketing Advisory team blends marketing strategy support with hands‑on program management for client marketing teams. Our clients span a range of industries, with a strong concentration of enterprise‑level tech and innovation companies. As a Consultant, you will support clients with marketing strategy planning while also keeping the operational side of engagements, timelines, meetings, and deliverables running smoothly. AI fluency is central to this role, as Sia's marketing advisory work is built around helping clients adopt and get real value from AI tools inside their marketing function. In this role, you will: Help identify where AI tools can improve marketing efficiency or decision making, and support translating those ideas into practical workflows Support the development of marketing strategy recommendations, including research, competitive analysis, and synthesis of findings into clear client‑facing insights Build and refine client ready decks and presentations that tell a compelling, well‑structured story Support project management for marketing initiatives, including building roadmaps, tracking timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and risks Help organize and prepare for client meetings and working sessions, including agendas and follow‑up Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting materials that keep client stakeholders informed on progress Partner with Sia team leads to ensure deliverables are polished and ready for client review What Success Looks Like Clients feel supported by a sharp, dependable Consultant on their team, and trust grows because needs are anticipated and priorities are adapted to quickly Clients gain a clearer, more current point of view on how AI is changing marketing operations Deliverables are timely, organized, and require little rework because the right questions get asked early Engagements stay on track even through ambiguity, because there is comfort operating with clear direction and comfort operating independently Client scopes expand and new business is easier to win, because clients associate Sia's brand with sharp, AI‑forward marketing consultant talent The Sia team runs smoothly and confidently, because there is a collaborative Consultant that teammates want staffed on their engagements This job description is not intended to be all inclusive. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, marketing, marketing operations, or a related client service environment B.S./B.A. degree from a 4‑year accredited college or university in any discipline Any AI certifications and/or experience contributing to AI‑driven projects or outcomes preferred Demonstrated ability to gather research, synthesize findings, and communicate clear, actionable conclusions Experience or strong aptitude for building polished presentations and client‑ready materials Comfort supporting or managing timelines, meeting logistics, and cross‑functional coordination Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong business writing competency Ambitious, assertive, and self‑directed Consultant, with the ability to work independently while staying easy to manage Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Foreign language skills preferred but not required Additional Information Compensation & Benefits Sia invests in total rewards that support how our people work, live, and grow. Compensation Base Salary: $93,000–$116,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by applicable law. Workplace Sia values in‑person collaboration. When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs. Between client engagements, consultants are expected to work from a Sia office or approved coworking location at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location. Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.
