What You'll Do

• Administer outpatient infusion therapy, including IV antibiotics, blood transfusions, and specialty medications
• Monitor patient condition and response to treatment, ensuring safety and comfort
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and document accurately in EPIC EMR
• Educate patients on medication administration and treatment plans
• Maintain infusion devices and manage venous access, including PICC lines
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Assist in patient assessment and provide compassionate care in a fast-paced outpatient setting

What You Need

• Valid New York RN license with current registration
• BLS certification
• Previous experience in outpatient infusion or oncology nursing preferred
• Ability to follow strict safety and infection control procedures
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
