What you'll do:

• Companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
• Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility support)
• Support with daily routines and medication reminders
• Communicate changes in client condition with the care team

Earn more with advanced caregiving skills

• Higher pay rates for caregivers with experience in:
• Memory care (Alzheimer's or dementia)
• Parkinson's care
• Bed-bound care (including in-bed bathing and repositioning)
• Safe transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt, bed-to-chair)
• Hands-on bathing and mobility assistance

What you need:

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings

No CNA or HHA certification required but higher pay is available for licensed and experienced caregivers. Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
