Senior Budget Analyst

Our client is seeking a Sr Budget Consultant to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management and Comptroller (OASN FM&C). This role provides hands‑on financial and program management support for budget formulation, reporting, presenting and analysis. This onsite role at the Pentagon requires an active DoD Secret clearance and expertise in PBIS, Navy ERP, ADVANA, and the PPBE cycle, with a focus on the Planning & Programming portion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, enjoy building briefing materials from scratch , and demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills . Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience with Navy Budget Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to produce Pentagon-level briefing decks Hands‑on experience creating reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations Deep familiarity with Navy ERP, PBIS, ADVANA, and budget formulation processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior leadership (SES/GS-15) Team player; willing to collaborate, mentor, and wear multiple hats Why our client?
