General Manager – Ultimate Longevity Center Cedar Park

Help open – and then lead – a brand-new longevity center in Cedar Park.

Ultimate Longevity Center brings science-backed protocols together with  clinical expertise to put tools that used to live only inside elite clinics and five-figure programs within reach of everyday people. Biomarker testing, physician consultations, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, full-body red light, infrared sauna and cold plunge, cryotherapy, and more – all under one roof. Not a gym. Not a spa. A complete longevity system.

We’re hiring a founding General Manager to lead the center from pre-opening through launch and beyond. You’ll build the team, sell founding memberships, and create the kind of member experience that turns a first visit into a lasting commitment. If you’ve run a boutique fitness studio, med spa, recovery or wellness studio, or hotel – and you love building something from the ground up – we want to hear from you.

Pre-opening and launch

• Recruit, hire, and train the founding team of membership advisors, front-desk staff, and wellness coaches, and coordinate with our clinical staff
• Drive founding-membership presales: convert VIP-list leads, run tours and info sessions, and hit launch targets
• Build local buzz through community events, grassroots outreach, and partnerships with gyms, chiropractors, employers, and neighborhood groups across Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock

Ongoing leadership

• Own center revenue, membership growth, and profitability
• Lead consultative, goal-focused sales conversations that help each prospect choose the right membership
• Oversee the member journey – from wellness assessment and biomarker draw through provider consult and personalized protocol – so every visit feels seamless and premium
• Coach the team daily on sales, service, and product knowledge; set clear goals and celebrate wins
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, retail and supplement inventory, equipment readiness, and cleanliness standards
• Track key numbers (leads, conversions, retention, visits) and act on what they show
• Partner with clinical leadership to keep the center safe, compliant, and running smoothly

• A trained founding team, strong presale results, and a smooth grand opening
• Steady membership growth with strong tour-to-join conversion
• High retention and referrals from members who feel supported, educated, and motivated
• A team that is engaged and confident selling and delivering the ULC experience
• A profitable center known as a community hub for health in Cedar Park

• 2+ years leading a team in fitness, wellness, med spa, hospitality, retail, or another membership- or service-based business
• A track record of hitting sales or revenue goals (membership, retail, and service sales all count)
• Experience hiring, training, and coaching staff
• Strong people skills – you build trust quickly with members and teammates alike
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable with numbers, schedules, and performance goals
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule that includes some early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Nice to have (not required)

• Pre-opening or new-location launch experience
• Experience in a med spa, IV therapy, or clinic-adjacent setting
• Familiarity with membership CRM and scheduling software
• A personal interest in wellness, biohacking, or longevity – fans of Gary Brecka and Ultimate Human will feel right at home
