Qualifications

Paid Training: CPR/First Aid Medication Aide Training DBHDS DSP Orientation Mandt Certification

Requirements: Lift up to 50lbs. Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Satisfactory Criminal Background Check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to assist individuals with completing activities of daily living.
• Experience through education or work history that demonstrates reliability/dependability.
• Skill to complete satisfactorily: Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
• Skill in locating and accessing community resources.
