Duties:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations using telemetry equipment to monitor and record patients' heart activity
• Operate sonography equipment to capture images of the heart and blood vessels
• Utilize knowledge of physiology to interpret telemetry data and identify abnormalities or irregularities
• Maintain accurate records of patients' vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels
• Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing patients, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring aseptic technique is followed
• Apply knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Telemetry Technician or in a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of cardiac physiology and the ability to interpret telemetry data accurately
• Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions when necessary
