Internal Medicine Physician | Oregon
Start Date: ASAP | Salary Range: $325,000.00

We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become part of a collaborative outpatient primary care team at an independent nonprofit community hospital located in the picturesque Willamette Valley of Oregon, just 20 minutes from Salem and an hour from Portland.

• Exclusively outpatient Internal Medicine practice
• Focus on adult patients only
• Established patient base with significant community demand
• Team-oriented primary care setting
• Rural Health Clinic environment with robust clinical support
• Physician-led culture promoting collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Opportunity to manage patients with complex chronic conditions
• Flexible, relationship-focused practice model

• Option for a 4 or 5-day work week
• Expected patient load: 18–20 per day
• Shared clinic call responsibilities
• Minimal phone-only call requirements
• Most after-hours inquiries managed by a nurse triage service

• Base salary of $325,000
• Opportunity for RVU-based incentives
• Sign-on bonus of $25,000
• Relocation assistance offered
• 34 days of paid time off in the first year
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and reimbursement for licensure

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
