We hope you're one of them.The Role:This role has two salary ranges, depending on the level at which the candidate is hired:Project Superintendent: $114,000 - $191,000Senior Project Superintendent: $132,600 - $221,000The final level will be determined based on each candidate's professional experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.At Vivmark Residential, we develop, build, and operate apartment communities across the United States. We are seeking a Project Superintendent or Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects.This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of construction activities in the field, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality expectations.
