Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Bensalem, PA (On-site)

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00+ per hour (Base pay based on experience, licensing, and productivity)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturdays optional/as needed)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team in Bensalem, PA. In this role, you will handle full-service diagnostics, maintenance, and automotive repairs on a wide variety of customer vehicles. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship, communicates effectively with the team, and wants to grow alongside a local business built the right way.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: Identify and resolve mechanical, drivability, and electrical issues, including check engine lights and basic wiring.

• General Maintenance: Perform routine services including brakes, suspension, steering, tires, alignments, fluid flushes, and A/C service and repair.

• Heavy Repair: Execute advanced engine and transmission-related repairs as needed.

• Digital Inspections: Perform comprehensive vehicle digital inspections and document repair recommendations thoroughly.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate findings clearly with the service advisor/owner to ensure accurate customer estimates.

• Shop Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal work bay and contribute to a professional shop environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience required.

• Tools: Must possess your own set of professional tools and toolbox.

• License: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Certifications: PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses are highly preferred (a major plus).

• Core Traits: High level of honesty, dependability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
