The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid, Providence, RI Pay: $60000–$65000 yearly Team: Works under the guidance of licensed architects and coordinates with internal architectural and engineering teams. Mission: Supports the planning, design, and documentation of architectural projects. Tech Stack: BIM-centered workflow, digital design and management tools What You’ll Actually Do Assist with conceptual design, programming, and space planning efforts. Prepare presentation materials, including drawings, physical models, and reports. Support the development of schematic and design development drawings. Coordinate with internal architectural and engineering team members. Research building materials, products, codes, and regulations for projects. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s or Professional degree in Architecture. Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience, with familiarity in a BIM-centered workflow and other digital design and management tools. Skills: Capable of building relationships with various stakeholders, committed to pursuing excellence in written, visual, and verbal communication, flexible, proactive, and optimistic.
